My experience extends to more specialized jobs like move out and bond cleans as well as preparing properties for sale, virtual tours, open inspections and other marketing purposes.

My current client base has been built entirely by word of mouth (this is my first time ever advertising), which i believe is a testement to my attention to detail as well as my work ethic.

Ive recently lost a couple of clients due to them becoming empty nesters and no longer requiring me as well as redundancy. This leaves me with a couple of openings in my diary, hence the ad!
